To establish a safe, experiential learning environment which utilizes the multi-faceted concepts of equine therapy to promote the total well-being of the Physically and Cognitively Challenged Community.

We value the relationship we establish with the participant, the horse and our volunteers and instructors.

Guiding Principles

While providing equine therapy for the individual with challenges, establish an inclusive approach to the family as a unit.

Goals

Within the Special Needs community, provide adjunct support for traditional interventions such as physical, occupational, speech and language, cognitive and emotional therapies in a non-clinical, relaxed but professional environment.

Support the military community by providing a venue for the soldier to heal and re-establish ties with his/her family and civilian community.

Assist school systems by providing alternative activities which may become an integral part in the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP).

Establish a clinical research program directed at validating the therapeutic effect of equine therapy for individuals with special needs.

Non-Profit Status

We are a non-profit corporation, with 501(c)3 status with the IRS.
