Seven Gables is located 3/10 of a mile outside the city limits of Dickson, just off 48 South, and is the private residence of Roger and Betty Harper. The farm consists of approximately 51 acres, subdivided into corrals, pastures, riding trails, and three private residences. There are 14 stalls, 4 riding arenas (including one covered arena), a round pen, and 9 acres of trails designated for therapeutic riding.

The farm and stable operation is a non-profit corporation. Seven Gables Therapeutic Riding Stable is a Member Center of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA). NARHA is an international certification organization that focuses exclusively on therapeutic riding for individuals with physical, cognitive and emotional developmental issues.
